Blade Master in Toi

Ok so, maybe its just me or its some kind of unfortunate rng but when i go up against blade masters in toi and i cancel their block with block canceling skill they seem to still be blocking and moving at the same time and if i dont cancel it they still do the same thing. So i'm just here wondering has anyone not actually noticed this or maybe they have and they complained but nothing happened so i'm just bringing it up again
