Been trying to get Korean dub but won't work. What am i doing wrong??

So have been putting the files where they should be, ether by replacing them completely or merge when existing but nether work.

Why is that??

Is there something i'am missing?

Everything ,apparently. You don't do that ,you either put them in a mod folder under /CookedPC  or get them loaded via a custom launcher like bnsbuddy. Otherwise,the launcher auto re-update your client to the up-to-date files.

where can i get the costum launcher and also what happens if i put the in the mod folder under Coocked PC is there anything after that i need to do?
