Server Transfer Completed But still in same server

Hi today i was supposed to be transfered over to mushin from juwol and despite the transfer saying complete my account is still currently in juwol. Will there be a hotfix to putting me into mushin or will i have to wait another week for something i had no control over

Or maybe a month because you need another 30days to have another transfer. I have the same problem too, and all i got was : we are working on it and there is no estimate time would take to fix it.

Same here I did server  transfer last week Friday we had maintenance today no server  transfer and was told to be patient and understanding.

Please check your character's eligibility for transfer. There are a number of conditions to be met in order for a character to transfer successfully. If your character has met those conditions and still did not transfer as scheduled, please submit a customer service ticket.

see the problem is my transfer actually went through. But my character is still on my original server

Im also have this problem...it says that my transfer was complete but then suddenly i'm on at the same server..i hope ncsoft will fix this as soon as possible..

Aaaaaaand another maintenance and im still stuck in the old server :/ Will they fix this or I have to play on this server forever :T

Like seriously?!..2 maintenance passed and i`m still at the same server... NCsoft always said that the support team are doing their best to solve the problem but then how come they can`t even fixed this?..

Also submitted a ticket to support, [insert copy/paste generic response] as reported above. So.... are we expecting the fix on the 26th?.......

loooooool srsly this is ridiculous im so sick of waiting in vain

now I may have to wait for a whole month to be transfered again bc of nothing lmao
