Game Guide - Cannot display page

Clicking on the Game guide opens up a blank window, and then says "Cannot display page." It's been like this since I started playing about a month ago.

Admin, please address the problem of a blank game guide. Does this happen to everyone or could it be related to a 64 bit install?

It's not a bug there just isn't anything there yet to be displayed. They just added the system itself without any content.
