Hongmoon [4] - Yass or Pass?

Is paying a few hundred of gold to get the offals something beneficial? Do FMs really need this Hongmoon 4? What it actually does?

Basically:

Stage1 : Disable enemy's defenses for 6 sec.

Stage2: Make recovering ally immortal for 10 sec.

Stage3: Enemies trapped in the Shadow Graps can't use approach skills for 3 sec. and are slowed for 80% for 3 sec. From what I heard, multiple blaze is brilliant when used with this hongmoon ability.  

The question is: Will getting this particular hongmoon ability improve FM much? Or is totally useless ? Leave your thoughts in the comments.

Its the most important skill for pvp along with HM1. Stage1 phantom grip is a must have for pvp. For pve on the other stage3 is a good source of extra dps and later on it gets boosted by 8500%, cd reduction and not channel by getting the vortex legendary badge which you will need 1000%. So yes, its important to have it.

Hm Impact is more important in pvp

 

And you don't need HM 4 for the vortex badge to work

Also tbh you will rarely ever use stage 2 of grab, because shadow grasp procs legendary items effects and you need it to optimize your DPS

The approach block and slow part of the ability is useless against bosses

 

So unless you want to PVP then don't get it, and even then it'll only be useful against a few classes
