Support ticket submission

Hello, i want to submit a ticket to report a player and i can't, when i click "submit a ticket" or "my support tickets" i am sent to Account index instead :/// Help please i need to report my situation asap.

If you are unable to submit a ticket to our Support through our website, please send an email using the mail associated with your NCSOFT account to  support@bladeandsoul.com.
