The last trove was amazing.  Even if you didn't get a lot of crits, you still got plenty of useful items.  Which more than made up for the cost of spending money or gold on the keys. I am sure that there are a few people who  have gotten a super crit and that has made up the cost for them.  But for a lot of people, you can only buy so many soups, stews, and charms.

What would be nice is if them implemented what they have done in other regions. after 40 keys you are gurenteed a special high end crit. Do you know how many keys they would actually sell with that? People would be buying them up just to hit that crit.

In this topic happens the same as in mine, claiming for the same issue, no moderator or developer gives a response ?, in the support via ticket respond that we come to the forum to complain, but in the forum nobody from NCSoft respond?

This is real? Ugh, now I can't think anything but the worst about the West side. And 40 keys is about 800g now, they wouldn't be even giving anything for free exactly.

I still remember I submitted a ticket regarding bugged friend list and they asked to come complain at forum as well lol. Well, you can really see efficiency of some of their staffs from here. :D

I heard people were getting good stuff before the fix, makes me wonder if the reason they fixed the trove was because the crit rate and items were too good and not because the rate was low >.>

Truth. That was the REAL reason behind the fix. Yes no gem crit but too much crit and goods being given out. Lots of empyrean, evo stones, psts and other rare stuffs. I remember a friend on 50keys with more than 25 crits. Now they fixed it by putting gem, yes, but the crit is fcking rare like in my 100 keys there was no gem crit lol. So those people who got lots of goodies got reimbursed for getting nice stuff and they get to keep them? LOL

I wish this worked the same way for casinos...

The general consensus in faction chat in my server is that this is the worst trove ever. This is the first trove that I don't feel like it was worth the money. Like the original poster said, alot of the normal rolls have the same trash loot that arn't worth the gold you spend on keys, even alot of the criticals have trash loot in them that isn't worth the gold you spend on keys, unlike the previous troves, where getting a critical usually netted you something nice or profitable.

From what I can tell looking at the wiki where people have been reporting what loot they get on their criticals, there seems to be alot more 'trash' criticals this time around, which is why there have been so many complaints. So far there are 17 critical rolls listed on the wikia, and out of those 17 crits, all the 'big ticket items' with the best loot are all lumped together onto 7 of the crits (which are mostly likely the super crits);

http://blade-and-soul.wikia.com/wiki/Treasure_Trove/Spring_2017/Critical_Rolls

Crit 4 has hepta gems,  crit 5 has 50 radiants or 2 PSTS or 3 empyrean charms, crit 10 has superfan or plog pal (this was the crit I wanted but never got in 200 keys so far), crit 11 has 15 ravens feathers or 5 brilliant silverfrost keys, or 1 PSTS or 1 empyrean charm or 1 forging orb or 70 evolved stones, crit 12 has 50 raven kings souls, crit 13 has sparkling hepta citrine or hepta gems, crit 16 has 10 sacred oils or 100 legendary elements/jewels or 100 evolved stones.

The other 10 'crits' don't have any of these big ticket items, some do have items that are worth some money, but arn't on the cutting edge, while others are just trash and have soups, repair items, hongmoon skills, that arn't worth any gold and shouldn't be called crits at all. Thats the difference between this trove and the previous ones, too many trash loot tables and trash crit loot tables making it more difficult to get the 'good crits'.

I'm curious about 1 thing.

Let's take 2 options to this scenario.

a ) you don't have the money to spend to open the 6 slots for the trove.. what's your chance to get something good as a F2P person... so far I'm doing this test on my WL were I did not open a single slot and using the default 2.

So far I only got 1 leg. element.  and the rest, nothing. just pots.

b ) you can open all the slots but you can't afford keys, so you stay with all the slots and do it daily.

Now since RNG is RNG but the numbers do not lie, since they decided to do the update the crit is equal to nothing. and the average is 20-30-40 keys to hit 1 crit... indeed the crit rate was a lot higher at the start, I remember people hitting crit a lot faster, I wanted to join in and get keys but since I had to travel I decided to leave it till I return.. big mistake... now to find out they decided to give out the keys because of a mistake.. were crit rate was too high.. just my luck.. but I'm going off topic.

So.. you have all of the open.. since you can only do it daily, you would have the chance to hit only 1 crit for the entire trove... 2 if you are verly lucky.

I'm not making this stuff up, I'm looking at posts at numbers and from my own experience with the keys so far, were I decided it's not worth my money to invest more RL money in this broken trove.

I understand that they don't want us to have more stuff.. but what's the logic behind it ?  Since people get good stuff, they buy keys, who's the marketing boss on this event because he needs a slap on the head.

The only excuse is "the market will suffer" .. come on...  most people will use the items they get on there own character anyway, some of us are not wales and still have our own char to buff up... so get real.... it might get some decreases in gold on some items, but I find it worth it for 1 month if the crit rate was higher to make it worth in getting more keys.. witch sadly at this time, it's not.

So .. what now.. if you hit a crit let's say on the 30 opening or key , if you stop using keys to get that number back up, till the end of the event if you only open you are unlikely to hit a crit again...

witch sucks.

But then again , are we really surprised ?   This game is decreasing in population, so I'm just amazed how there all looking at all of us that are just complaining and doing .. well nothing.
