launcher opens but client doesnt and freezes my computer

So im having trouble getting into bns because everytime i launch it it freezes my computer to where i have to shut it down manually by holding down the power button on tower. any ideas why this is happening. I submitted a ticket but wanted to check if other players had any ideas.

Could be player isp problems between client and forward TI stay clock, try opening the client with menu right click (properties) and running it as administrator. Sometimes the TI clock malfunctions the computer running the program without admin privileges to the program with it's need to adjust patches admin privilege re-write.
