Can you appeal a perma ban?

Hey, I just want to ask if anyone knows if you can appeal a perma ban in some way.  My friend, Dekarn, got a trojan the other day that passed itself off as a windows update, putting his comp out of commission for a couple days.  Once he fixed it, he found his account perma banned.  I'd really like him to be able to play again without having to roll a new account.

If he didn't do anything against the rules he should try to contact support and explain the situation.

He tried submitting a ticket, but they just responded with "account is permanently closed, no more tickets will be responded to".

The only thing I can recall is that he started using BnSbuddy, because the multicore settings let him load the game a lot faster.  From what I've read, NC may not support the usage, but I don't think they would outright perma ban for it.  Plus, he had only been using it for like four days, so I think that would be unlikely.

I don't know about BnS, but I once made a second account on an other game to contact the support about the ban of my previous account. Worked for me

The appropriate route to discuss this matter is indeed via ticket. The correct email address for an appeal is appeal@ncsoft.com.
