Game unplayable, Graphical " hiccups"

Good Afternoon BnS community,
 
Since a few days past I have been playing this game, apart from the issue i'm about to describe/present my experience has been mostly positive. 
The second and third day of playing this game has been mostly annoying due to a graphical issue i'm having. I tried searching the web to find an answer for my problem however I have not been succesful in this. I have recorded a few seconds of gameplay showing the issue i'm running into. This best can be described as a "graphical hiccup?". I'm very curious as to what the cause of this problem is and of course how to solve it. 
 
Some specs:
Running OS Windows 10 pro 64 bit version
AMD Phenom II X4 965
Sapphire RX 480 8GB
16 GB GeIL DDR3 RAM
ASRock 970M PRO 3 AM3+ platform
Crucial 250 GB SSD
 
If there's more information except the specs and the video file to be needed, I'll be more than happy to provide them.

Dude I have been having the same problem since the 64bit client was released!

Try this:

1. Switch to 32bit

2. Alt + TAB for full screen

3. lower resolution or higher accordingly to your screen resolution

4. reinstall

5. Enable/disable vertical sync.

 

At the moment nothing else comes to my mind _-_
