Dawn of Khanda Vihar questline not appearing

My warlock is HM8 and has finished all mains story questline, but I dont have DKV questline appeared.

On my Sin and KFM I dont remember having troubles with it.

Is there a prequest for it?

I thought I was clear. I dont have the quest. I never had it. Never poped it up for me. And it did on my other 2 chars.

I don't think it pops up in quick tab under the map anymore.
