Custom f2 profile picture

How do you add a custom profile picture?

I've cropped one of my screen shots to fit the ones in the bns character shot images for the custom pic, but it says its an unsupported media type.
I have it saved as a jpeg, just like the others, but I can't tell where I'm going wrong. =(

Only in-game screenshots that have not been edited or modified can be used as profile pictures.
