Question about White Orb

I'm coming back so im completely lost, when it says Zaiwei ruins for Bully wrap and White orb what does it mean i don't see it in dungeon list  where do i go other then Cold Storage to farm for the orb? and Bullywrap

white orb used to be ivory dragon scale, also cold storage 2nd boss needs red, blue, green orbs to unlock, now just need this same white orb, also it has a chance to drop in cold storage from winter mane

They basically converted the materials you needed for Heaven's Mandate and Cold Storage into one material to simplify things.

 

So you need 1 white orb to unlock the dragonpulse to get into HM and 1 white orb to summon the optional boss in Cold Storage.
