Question about an Outfit

When i press F3 i see this outfit:

 

 

 

But i can't find this in Hongmoon store, how and where can i get this outfit?

It's not out yet, just because an outfit is added to F3 does not mean it'll be available immediately. It could be in a coming store rotation, part of an event or new content. We won't know until it's announced.

I want for next rotation that they bring back My Angel (that outfit I really wanted when I started game long time ago) or After School Special or something similar for my playtime comfort.
