has anyone tried yet the new soul badges from F20 ?

The one sayin allow use of F on successful counter, does it reset your F cd every time ? or just allow it ? (cause if it reset, it would probably be very good, but if not, it's totally useless and SF still got only 1 badge useful ?)

just enables u to use it after block, that's all, so not really worth it
