Balance Changes

Blade Master

  • Winged Protector M3 (Sword Shroud)
    • Also applies to party members
    • Cooldown increased to 1 minute
    • Cooldown cannot be reset
  • Lightning Surge (ultimate)
    • Can be used in basic, draw stance
    • Fixed issue where switching to basic stance mid cast canceled the skill
  • Lightning Blade (new skill)
    • Available while Fulmination is active (replaces flicker)
  • Flicker
    • Bonus damage while Fulmination is active increased
  • Honed Slash
    • 180 deg AoE while Fulmination is active
    • Bonus damage while Fulmination is active increased
  • Awakened Honed Slash
    • Base damage increased
    • 180 deg AoE
  • Lunar Slash (lightning) M1,3
    • Base damage increased
  • Five Point Strike (lightning)
    • Deals lightning damage instead of flame
  • Violent Blade
    • Increases block by 1000 during use
    • Grants Fluentness for 6 sec on block (Honed Slash focus cost -1) (lightning only)

Kung Fu Master

  • Ice Guard
    • Ranged increased to 30m from 8m
    • Cooldown decreased to 24 sec from 36 sec

Soul Fighter

  • Harmonize (ultimate)
    • Heals 20/20/30/40/40% per tick
    • Healing duration changed to 4 sec

Destoryer

  • Stone Shield M2
    • Iron Plating that applies to party members (for 5 sec) available during use

Summoner

  • True Friend
    • M1
      • Cooldown decreased to 36 sec from 45 sec
    • M2
      • Cooldown set to 45 sec when used while the summoner is inflicted by stun, daze, knockdown, unconscious
      • Heals the familiar 10% of its health
  • Doom 'n' Bloom
    • Healing to the familiar within the area to 20 > 40% of its health over 5 sec
  • Evade
    • Removes snares from the familiar
  • Backstep
    • Removes stun, daze, knockdown, unconscious from the familiar

Warlock

  • Added Awakened Dragon Call, Awakened Dragon Helix
  • Awakened Dimensional Salvo
    • Generates 2 focus on critical hit
  • Awakened Bombardment
    • Generates 1 > 2 focus on critical hit
  • Soul Burn
    • Cast time decreased to 1 sec from 2 sec
    • Removed cooldown refresh
    • Removed 20% speed increase
    • Critical damage increase decreased to 20% from 50%
  • Time Distortion
    • First tick refreshes cooldown of party members with 50m
  • Dimensional Salvo M2
    • Damage decreased
  • Dragon Helix M2
    • Damage decreased

Assassin

  • Ice Bomb
    • Cooldown increased to 1 minute from 45 sec
  • Smoke Screen M3
    • Stealth duration decreased to 6 sec from 10 sec
  • Turning Leaf
    • Disable duration changed to 1 sec

Force Master

  • Backstep
    • Cooldown decreased to 12 sec from 36 sec
    • Cooldown set to 36 sec when used while inflicted by stun, daze, knockdown, unconscious
  • Blaze Step, Frost Step
    • Cooldown decreased to 12 sec from 16 sec
  • Force Blast
    • Cooldown decreased to 24 sec from 36 sec

Assassin seems ok but I feel like these changes are a bit unnecessary. The Smokescreen is now 6-seconds instead of 10? Considering that it's a "smoke" you would think that stealth as ten is reasonable. I don't know anything about the other classes because I don't play them, however for Assassin, I have a feeling they've nerfed some skills only for the sake of nerfing. There's no reason for these pointless changes, but hey I bet they thought if the other classes are changing- why not all?

All three are aimed toward PvP. Of those three, only one slightly hurts our PvE utility in taxi.

Yes yes and again YES time to get rid of all those kids asking whole day for SB /BB in party tchat. time for devs to figure out how making pve balanced without the need to have certain classes in party.

as long as they also figure it out that having a required stealth mech in a 6 party is a dumb thing, this doesn't  change that much

For the record, I predict that this "nerf" will make people want warlock even more because now you need a WL on Soulburn and then another WL on Time Distortion.  The skill reset isn't a huge deal for lock, and the new awakened skills supplement the loss in crit damage. Everyone else losses crit damage and resets, but gets nothing extra.
