problem help pls

im from Egypt and dont know if blade & soul work in Egypt after i download BnS_Lite_Installer  i use windows 7 32bit  

1 -  no can find folder    NCWest   in C:\   why that folder not download ? 

2-   icon game in desktop no work why i think because no can find NC-Launcher  ok so i download it but not sure i download right files or no  after game open and start to download nothing happen is    0%    and game size 6G  is right 6G  i think game size big more than 6 G 

pls help me to install blade & soul i want play it 

what server i choose Europe or north america best for Egypt 

so i now have 2 folder NCWEST AND NCSOFT  BUT game not start downloading

- your second photo shows the launcher, so you must have found it.

 

- 6.7 GB is just the first compressed package, it's likely to be much bigger uncompressed, and there might be additional files that will be downloaded in a second round.

 

- Use Europe, the ping is not so great but to North America it will be even worse.
