Anyone else getting huge spikes in MS?

Before patch i would get a spike during heavy combat, during raids and what not, which is understand able. Right now im getting 300-600+ MS spikes during any combat, doesnt matter where. Pinged a Texas hub from Penn. ping was 56ms. At the same time i took a SS ingame, and it was 354ms. 

 

So im asking if anyone has been having this issue since its making doing things with timing like Yunsang nearly impossible.

Yes, I have noticed huge spikes ping spikes, and the lowest ping i have gotten is 170, when before the update it was 120. Now its stays around 200 and spikes to 350. This is playable for mobs and some of the new content, but not for dungeons and anything with tight timing mechanics.

.... used to get a dc once in a full moon now i get several during a day...

is just like their infrastructure was not meant to be used with the "new" patch, playing KFM was not great, now is like a huge pile of *cricket*'s
