how to get money back

ok so i have a question...i tried to buy ncoins with a prepaid credit card...it went through the 12 hour wait period and it was declined but the pending request for the money is still on my card making the money inaccessible...if anyone knows how to remove a pending request plx let me know

i have they give me automated responses or generic reply that has nothing to with what im asking x.x

I think that automated response are saying they're looking into it, you maybe should wait up to 48 hour.
