No clan Management functions

I made a clan yesterday for myself and some friends, but it is open for random people to also join. As the Clan Leader, my clan management tools are empty and I can do pretty much nothing for the clan. What needs to be done to get the clan management tools to appear so I can access my clan vault, upgrade the rank and close off random joining?

You sir probably made a social clan, which does not allow you to access those features.
you might need to go ahead and recreate a clan to the competitive clan setting instead of social clan, so that you will be able
to access those features (its a new thing with the new patch)
