Hey, as the title says it´s about a specific Badge there with flowers that says activates Finesse buff for 12 secs on 5PS, anyone knows what this buff is about?

Yeah when they type in the descriptions and it doesn't say what the effect does they just knowingly leave that out so people can beg in the forums to know what it means.  They've been doing it since launch and to be expected even two years later - ambiguity.

 

I once requested the text to be changed on a skill description and they asked me to upload a video and pictures for that.  That's the Blade and Soul team I know of.  And did they change the description?  No, they wasted my time to upload media to them which they wouldn't look at for asking a question that would be otherwise wasting time on their end.
