Seraph or Baleful in Stratus Patch

With new changes, is there a definite answer to which you should be going for?

Baleful for sure.

I switched to seraph with 8 msp ss, and I'm never going back to baleful.  

Even without full msp set, I was still doing more dmg with seraph.

If you are using earth build go seref and for wind go baleful. It has been tested and earth much stronger with seref and wind stronger with baleful.

Seraph + MSP soulshields + Holy Fire Soul Badge :

Briar Patch (200% DMG, CD 12.6 secs), reset by Doom'n'Bloom (CD 18 secs) -> Double Briar Patch rate with double DMG + a lot of Chi recovery for Wind build.

Seraph + 8 msp + magnum badge + tiger bracelet for earth.

Baleful + MSP SS + Magnum Soul Badge + Enigma Mystic Badge + Divine Dragon Bracelet + Earth Build = Summoner

dont match magnum + msp ss + dragon bracelet, cuse your doom uptime realy sucks.

 

if you want to use dragon then use bt + holy fire.
