Download Speed Bug/Error ???

Hello, i have a problem.

 

So, I was looking foward to play this amazing game (bns) but when i start to download in the NCSOFT launcher the spped of download is like 24kb/s or nothing 0. 

I have done some research and not even a single person knows how to fix it. And say that this problem as not been fix in 2 years or something. Now wtf am i supose to do. I just wanted to play this game i think its amazing when im about to try it i cant even download it............
