im new in this game so this is my question. 

is there a page that tell people to change prices on market or what, moonstone was 90s for some days  and soulstone 9s each but randomly the price change to moonstone 1.5g each and soulstone 15s each pls tell me if there is a page that show when will the price change thnx !!

Market prices are reacting to announced changes.
Some sources of moonstones/soulstones will give untradeable version after update. The 100 moonstone packet won't drop from naksun anymore and so on... So ppl are buying them because they except the prices will continue to rise after update.

With the update comes greatly reduced upgrade requirements so everyone is buying up those mats which spiked the prices.  If you don't already have them you might want to wait a week or so for the prices to come down or be prepared to pay extra.

Wait what? There is no mention of that change anywhere in any of the news pages, where is this confirmed from?

Thank you. I find it extremely unprofessional that they didn't bother to list this change in the official patch notes... wish I knew it earlier so I could do some Last Hurrah Naksun runs :/

Actually, if you want the most up-to-date information, you need an account in twitter. It happened many times already that there were some hidden changes whenever there were big patches for the game that was never mentioned in the official patch note.
