Daily dash

I have a problem ith the Daily Dash, everytime that I got something new from it the received Items mail box gets nothing from it, It is a bug or something? , also I came back from a long vacation from the game so I don't know what's wrong. someone can help me?

If your reward box/store is full you won't get any new items until you unpack some.
