Demon Spirit Stone

I couldn't find a post that wasn't almost a year old or older for this. Do these stones only drop from Cold Storage the older post look like they dropped other places as well. I just want to verify if cold storage is the only place to get them now? It seems weird to only drop an item like this in a place that can only be ran once a day unless you buy resets.
