New Player looking for answers!

Hello, Good afternoon/morning and sorry for my english, is not my main language.

 

I'm a new player and i need a little bit of help, this game looks huge and all the classes looks cool and i can't decide which one should i play. I was playing WoW for a long time and i'm looking for a good PVP game.

 

The last days i played almost all the clases (except the warlock and BD) from 1 to 10 but someone told me than the combo is at level 45 and sincerely i can't level all the clases to that level to see which one is funny.

 

I expende some time reading forums, watching videos and some streams in order to choose but when i decided to play SF many ppl told me than the class is one of the worst with the FM and assassin (this last because few nerf or incoming nerfs) and is impossible for me to choose.

 

So if you can answer me to that questions i will appreciate it a lot because right now i don't have time to start/level/delete all the clases. 

 

I use to play PVP, a little bit of PVE but not to much so those questions are focused on PVP:

 

-Which one is the easiest and hardest class to master?

 

-What about been a caster ? Which one is more effective in PVP?

 

-About the melees... which one you recommend for a new player? Which one is funniest to play? I read than Destro is easy to manage in PVP but bored as hell. 

 

-What about DPS? which classes are the top? any underpowered class?

 

-And about PVP... at what level can i join arenas/bgs without disadvantage? 

 

I'm absolutely lost with this. I know than i will need time to learn the character and mechanics but i tried almost all the classes and SF FM BM looks cool but if the classes are complete at 45... i didn't check them properly.

1. Summoner is the easiest. Followed by BM, Destr, WL. The hardest are probably Sin and KFM.
2. WL and summoner. FM is not rly good at pvp, at least - at the moment.
3. BM. BM. And one more time BM. Tho BD can also be fun. Sin and KFM will be very hard to master, so i can't recomend them to a new player. Destr - i don't find him very fun to play but it is all subjective.
4. All the classes have very high DPS combos. And in this game the pvp is not so much about DPS but more about cc chaining, combo execution, countering and mindgames.
5. At level 50 you will get almost everything you need for arena after april 12 patch. The only thing that you will be missing are HM skills - you will have to unlock them by playing pve or you can buy duelist pack from the cash shop. You will get to level 50 simply by doing main quest line.

I was playing yesterday with BM (15) and one Warlock was levelling with me and i have few impressions. Could you please help me one more time choosing between them?

 

I found than the BM deals less damage, specially in AOE. But the WL doesn't have the Q/E resist/dodge right? Do this change in hight end? 

Both have the Parry and the warlock have the reject skill and it looks good.

 

And comparing both classes...

Which one is easies to play?

Is the warlock a funny class?

Can i ask you about weak/strong points of each one?

You intend to go mostly PvP I assume? With gear equalisation in arena (1v1, 3v3), your main priority would be farming for HM skills.

 

I don't think there is a real counter for any class, you might have a harder time against some classes than others, but it should never be impossible for you to win.

 

Ranked from easiest to master (as far as I've gathered): Sum -> BD -> WL -> Des -> SF -> FM -> Sin -> BM -> KFM

The harder ones to master is mostly because they have to manage their cooldowns and/or have complicated combos or counter-plays.

 

The ones that have the hardest time in PvP is without a doubt FM (at least in the current patch, don't know about after 12:th).

 

But to end it off; Do not listen too much on other's opinions, form your own. I can clue you in that they will be destroying the default build for SF in PvP (earth ranged, ice melee) by removing hybrids on the 12:th, so you might have to get creative to find something that works post-patch. But if you found SF interesting, don't let them discourage you, work with it and prove them wrong if you have to. If you give up in the end, you at least tried and can try the second most interesting class for you.

first of all - don't judge or compare classes on a such low lvl.

 

Just like a summoner - WL has his pet control on Q/E. BM has a lot of aoe damage with fire build.

Both are quite easy.
Who is more fun to play - it is up to you to decide. I played both. My main is WL.

 

This question is too complex and massive to answer. If you don't want to play them both - google some pvp videos and try to find what is closer to your likings.
