You need to do step by step, transmuting lower gems (3 penthas) into 1 hexa. Make f.e. 3 penta amethyst to get hexa amethyst.

Trove would also sometimes give those. But Trove is now over.

and how to get 3 penthas ??? this item i treid to find it but it's not like other gems color in the marker :c

believe me my friend i used like 300 key in trove but didnt get this item :/

This isn't actual item. It means you can use any brilliant hexagonal gem, but all of them must be same color.

Yeah i did tried that last night and got some brilliant hexagonal gems with same color and dam there much is Fail on it :(
