Usamimi
First, I want to say I am not tech savvy when picking out what is good or not. I even tried to search it up on my own but it left me more confused. The whole information seems overwhelming and I am really desperate for anybody to give me any advice. Requirements: - Under or around a $800 budget - Run BnS on average settings. I don't care for high graphic settings, just enough for BnS to run smoothly without me putting it on low settings like I am doing on my PC. - Long lasting for at least 4 years. Maybe it is too much to ask but I don't want to regret buying this if it's going to break in just 1 year. And to anyone who might suggest just buying a PC, I want a gaming laptop since I will be dorming for college soon. Thank You!
SadFace
You probably want to spend more money on the laptop then. Laptops are not nearly as powerful as PC that you can buy for the same money. If i were you - i would just buy a nice pc and tronsport it to your new place. For bns you need to have fast CPU. 2 cores with hyperthreading or 4 cores. 4 cores with hyperthreading (so - 8 virtual cores) - is the best, but it probable will cost a ton. All that clocking at close to 3ghz at least. You better have 8gb of ram espacially if you want to run 64 bit client, and the game will benefit a lot if you install it on a SSD. You also need more or less decent GPU (not intergated) with 2gb of video ram.
Spaney
I know my laptop sucks but as a student too i use a Lenovo z50-70: i7 CPU with 2gb nvidia GPU(840m i think is called) 8gb ram with 1tb hard drive and i run bns at 1366x780 with max texture and effect for me and mobs and also shadow at minimum and i have constant 60fps with v-sync on and also it runs almost everything you might need for college (autoCAD,solidworks,or any kind of program) and was around 750 euro. Also depending where are you from u can get maybe a better config at the same price I have it for 2 years now and never had a problem with it :D
