Game is freezing

Greetings.

I started playing Blade n Soul one year ago, this game made a lot of problems, but I was managed to fix it.
I'm back after break, 'cause I was sick of problems with that game. I created a new character, everything (well not really, but I fixed that) was okay. 'Till now.

I'm getting weird lags. My ping is 60(and it's perfectly normal when I'm playing other games) and it's normal in BnS, but sometimes the game freeze. 
It's just freeze for 1s or 3s or 5s or completely disconnets me from server. It's not internet issue, it's not FPS issue, I really don't know what the problem is. This game is cool and pvp seems balanced, but I've never seen game that causes that problems. 
I don't know what to do anymore, I can't play like that (obviously I can't freeze in pvp cause I instantly lose) in PvE I can live with that, I guess.
