Hybrid Soul Badges

Seeing hybrid soul badges from other regions is great, and I'm excited to combine soul badges to create a superior one with both effects. I am bothered though, that two of the badges that I would like to fuse (Green B + F20 B) are not available for fusion when they are much stronger than other combination badges.

 

Green B - Each successful X (Type 1) will allow use of Wrath for 3 seconds.

Floor 20 B - Each successful Wrath will reduce the cooldown of X (Type 1) by 1 second. 

 

I feel like we should be able to combine any badge of the same element (2 earth badges, 2 shadow badges) instead of giving us fixed options.
