Skyward Slash "decreases Lunge" cooldown?

This didn't pull up anything in Google, so I'm thinking it hasn't been asked yet.

 

I thought at first it was referring to Raid, but that's already one of the skills listed.   Anyone know what skill this could be referring to?  As far as I can tell, Blade Dancers don't have Lunge.
