FPS issues since yesterday

Hi guys since yesterday i have FPS issues (9-25fps) , but noticed the game doesn't fully use my GPU ... like 50% at best

 

I tried Far Cry 4, it works properly, GPU goes to 1060mhz of usage while BNS won't go over 600mhz :/ , so it clearly comes from BNS .

I Didn't change anything software/hardware whise...anyone having this kind of trouble ??

I updated my GPU driver too, but nothing changed.

i5-3570k

16gb ram, SSD 250gb

Try to use the 32 bit version, it happened to my friend last time.

well thanks, this works.

 

but that's weird 64bits worked properly 'till now :/
