Can't finish a guest! In Mushins Tower

Hey, trying to finish a quest line "Mushins Tower" Darkness calls ..
As you can see in the Picture.. I can't get to the objective.. 
Can someone please explain what im doing wrong?!

Just a big Red X on the door!

 

tryed abandon quest.. nothing works..

It's inside the tower, on floor 7, from the room where you stand in the picture, take the stairs to the left on the opposite side of the tower, go inside the instance field there and talk to Hongsil and beat your way up to floor 7 and defeat Junghado. Might be able to go into floor 2 from the room you stand in too, but I always take the long way around for the first 8 floors since I never bothered to find out if I could...
