stuck at compling list of update files

hi, it's been half a week since i first tried to download the game but, as the title says, the luncher it's stuck.
i've tried everything i could, and yesterday by disabling my antivirus the download started. i left it work during the night and today when i checked the luncher, it was stuck again.

Now i don't really know what i can do and i really need your help.
