For some reason, when i'm in a party and in party chat, i can't see anyone's messages and i can't type messages. Everyone else can see and type and send message, except me. I'm very confused and frustrated, i just know what's wrong. Please help me lmao

Are you using any VPN like WTFast/Mudfish/Pingzapper?

Ah, sorry.  Can't exactly help you then.  Usually VPNs, destroys chats but relogging and restarting client usually fixes that problem.  You might have to do the same for your situation.

a guildmate were getting this with 64 bits client, did you try if 32 bits client the same?
