Effects on weapon skins?

It would be nice to see some weapon skins get effects like on the legendary weapons.  IE: glowing effects and sparkles

Actually, some of them do have effects, crafted legendary weapons from Forgekeepers come with a glowy aura.

Crafted with glowy aura is only if you get Artisan Weapon from the box
