hi! the combat system of this game seems to be really interesting and i'd looove to try it in PvP!

so yeah PvP only player, i'd like to ask you some few things before i'll get invested.

 

- some people told me some time ago that you didn't need to lvl more than lvl 50 and HM 10 was fine to get into pvp without being disadvantaged, is it still true?

- how many time does it take to hit lvl 50 and 10 HM lvls?

- are there still hackers or nupe? (in arena)

- are lyn blade masters still OP in PvP?

- oh! and are there still enough people PvPing in arenas?

1) Lvl 50 HM 10 is quite decent for any build I would say. Also if they ever manage to localize the Korean new system, skill points will not matter any more so you only need lvl 50 HM1 for gear balanced. HM skills still need to be unlocked though. In your case via PvP currency obviously.

 

2) I hope you do not mean via PvP, since I am not aware any player ever reached HM10 via PvP only. You would need >3000 wins to reach that via 1v1. Via PvE, it depends a lot on your time and playstyle, I play relaxed but on most days of the week and I needed around half a year for HM10.

 

3) Even when they were in everyone's mouth, I only ever encountered bots half a dozen times. Never saw anything that was unequivocally a hack, everything I experienced could have been bad ping or server de-synch. But people in forums generally agree that botting was hugely stomped down, and that it is either gone or not significant.

 

4) Bladedancers, as they are called now, are still very strong, especially in the middle and lower arena rankings. On top elos, however, they do not seem to shine that much atm. many more assassins, BMs, warlocks, and recently to my surprise KFM and SF. But I think BDs are still very strong in 3v3.

 

5) Greatly depends on time of day and day of the week (if the PvP daily quest is on daily challenge). But overall it feels as if the player base is a bit bigger since the 1st anniversary and the Raven update.

well i don't think i'm ready to grind monsters/instances for half a year before i can get into PvP x)

i'll watch out for the new korean system you talked about! if it ever takes effect on our server then i'll level my character, but not before XD
