Hi, please which soul badge is best to have for pve and for pvp?

• PvP: Tribute - On Resist of Shadow Dance/Sidestep Left, gains an additional 1 second invincibility frame and heals 5%.
• PvE:
  • Lightning:
    • Blue Moon - On use of Shadow Drain, reduce Time Bomb cooldown by 20 seconds. This is not for poison stacks, but a future badge relies on Time Bomb usage.
    • Magnum - On use of Poison Breath/Choke Bomb, gain 15 second "Magnum" effect; each hit of Heart Stab reduces Poison Breath/Choke Bomb cooldown by 1 second. Later can be combined with Blue Moon.
  • Shadow:
    • Holy Fire - On use of Fighting Spirit, gain 10 second "Holy Fire" effect; each hit of Heart Stab reduces Fighting Spirit cooldown by 1.5 seconds. Used in tandem with future badges that increases Heart Stab damage.
