Im playing a assassin and right now i got a infernal dagger. no stage, can evovle, salvage no stage on or nothing. 

Now, shouldnt my weapon be supposed to be upgradable all the way?

New weapon progression. You don't get an evolvable weapon until silver frost.

Lol thanks. Ive been trying to google for 30+ mins about evo's, upgrade systems and so on. Nothing came up at all lol
