Ability graphics, help

I recently switch to optimize for low-end pc and optimize for combat and it raises and helps my potato laptop a lot, but in arena I can't see the opponents abilities. So I left arena and got rid of all the optimize for the potato pc and raised the SFX qualities for others to 3, I did apply, went back in and still couldn't see their abilities. So I rebooted the game, came in, still had the low quality abilities, raised every damn setting to the max (7 fps!!)  and still got my crappy quality abilities and still couldn't see abilities in arena (Force master was literally using the force on me) I also tried resetting ALL my settings in-game. Nothing worked, any help on this?
