Can't get game to launch

Life is slower so have the time to play this again after months.  Went in to startup but can't get the game to launch.  All the latest patches are done, get to the Play Now button, click it, game verifies files, says Launching game, nothing happens, ever.

 

I have tried File repair, I have tried disabling virus scan on my pc, I have changed settings to try running in 32 bit client mode, have tried running in Windows 7 & 8 compatibility.  Can't get the game to start.

 

Would really like to play again, if I could get the game to work..   Running latest version of Windows 10 Pro, updated Nvidia drivers, etc.  Not sure what else to try but would like to renew and play the game again.

Does B&S just not support their game or want people to sign up and pay them money?

my thoughts exactly what do they even do with the money they do get ? they cant even fix the launcher bug issues. nore have they responded to my ticket. so I cant play either.

I'm tired re-typing my password 5 + times just so I have to do it again. This bug is since 8 feb and still not fixed. I love the game but it feels very cheapy and half working.
