Lightning or Wind build?
Would be nice if any of u guys could give me a build :)

And also a little explanation on what to focus / what to keep up and such ...

i'd suggest you this 90/10 hybrid aka 90% lightning 10% wind. I'm using it myself and can't complain. 

 

For bosses always use full lightning, for the need to clear some crap mobs use wind aka sunder+rolling typhoon.

 

1st thing you should focus for is proper anicancel flicker+lightning flash cause it will improve your dps alot.

 

As for HM skills order, 1. Lightning draw - its very cheap. 2. Maelstrom - its very demanded, also ppl mostly counting that you have it later. 3. Flaming scourge - its noticeable dmg increase. 4. LMB and RMB, not even one is rly needed for this build. 5. Vortex - you get it eventually for free, its only for pvp deflect spin.

 

Things which avoid you to be flamed: 1. don't grab durng soulburn 2. don't move during grab 3. don't aircombo bosses untill their meachanic demands it 4. later with HM maelstrom - it shares cooldown with BM HM block, so be careful when do you use it. Unnecessary use can cause party wipe few seconds later when the iframe is rly needed.
