Unable to upgrade HM Ring

Attempting to upgrade my ring from True Oathbreaker Stage 10 to Awakened Yeti Stage 1, the "Equipment Upgrade Paths" is showing I need a Lucent Ring, which I have, but when I go to actually upgrade the Ring, it's asking for a White Night Ring.  The tool tip on the White Night Ring says it drops from 6-man Avalanche Den.  However, the loot table shown when you hover over the dungeon in Cross-Server Dungeon Lobby only shows the Lucent Ring on the loot table.  Also, the daily reward chest for Avalanche Den only shows the Lucent Ring on the chest's loot table.   At this point I am stuck, unable to upgrade my ring, due to it asking for an item that doesn't appear to exist in the game.

I did both just to make sure it gets better exposure for a better chance of getting fixed.  Supports response was the standard "We have passed this on to the development team but we can't email you personally to let you know anything about when it's going to get fixed."

I think its a translation issue. Either you write the support directly or wait for an official answer here.
