seraph or baleful

Is it true that with Seraph after stage 7 it becomes better, you can proc becomes "on hit" and not "when hit". If anyone can share some light on this it would be greatly appreciated.  

If this is not true then would you recommend seraph or baleful.

Seraph at stage 7 is still "when hit".

 

I personally chose Seraph because it looks nice, and I do more damage than most KFMs anyways. But most people go Baleful.

im going with baleful, and im on stage 10 baleful at the moment but i wanted to try out seraph at stage 10 also.. but cant be asked do a mirror ;D

+ i have ferocity and at this point im just farming the rest of my materials to upgrade to raven

I am pretty sure Seraph is best for Tanking KFM.

No,it's not. Unless you just wanna make a riftwalk which then becomes "on hit" effect anyway. The only viable reason to go seraph is if you plan on getting it to stage 10+ ASAP to turn it into a riftwalk. If not,just stick with bale and make it into raven.

You did read the healing recovery and the cd on roaring tiger right?

If you want healing, even Galaxy is better, but usually gems and proper iframing solve that. Most tanks struggle for aggro, hence they want Baleful for more dps.

 

Best survival currently is with Ascendant, and the damage is not too bad, but you will struggle keeping aggro against Raven users and simply not be able to tank for Aransu users.

If you want that weak ass healing from seraph...you do you,but as for the roaring tiger cd,that hardly matters if you have proper badges.

 

Besides : 30% cd reduction on roaring tiger vs all your major skills getting cd reset every 30 seconds. I don't need to explain that one through.
