x64 buggy

I have tryed to start the game and the x64 client dose not load but it stucks at logo and my discord jumps to 25% cpu usage for doing nothing .. and the game dose not load  http://imgur.com/a/Cfo6Z and i have found this the security sistem of the game is sideloading .dll in other programs...  and has something with discord jumps out with from 2% cpu usage to 25~30% cpu usage and msi afterburner doing the same thing and the game stucks at loading screen..even wors ..the game has 3gb o ram usage like before ...and max 25~40% gpu usage in jadestone village or other major locations is some problem with loading alot of characters and drops down the gpu usage... this is a big issue with THE BIG x64 release... even wors stucks at 60fps even if v-sync is off... thank you.
