Tutorial mission: positive reinforcement?

Sooo I know they changed how the weapon system works in the low levels now, but the mission positive reinforcement still wants me to upgrade hongmoon weapon but that weapon is no longer given out. So is this just a quest they forgot to remove?

No, you can ignore it for sure.

It can still be completed. It doesn't have to be that old weapon they removed. I upgraded a staged ring I got from the Lv20 dungeon and it worked.
