No macros now..

Everyone knows that macros do not work anymore and in the case I lost the finger movements of my right hand a few years ago (seriously, it's not a joke) and I can not keep squeezing lb rb what should I do now? I do not want to leave the bns because I love the game but what do I do now? :(
