Helix - Reduce the charge of Dimensional Salvo by 0.3sec 

I mean, really?? 0.3 is nothing, 0.5 would be perfect, but I don't think i'm gonna switch soul badge because of 0.3sec.

 

DC - Pretty good badge, Bombardment reducing DC cooldown is a good thing.

For shadow build and future badges you won't be changing

 

for frost build this badge is needed.

Well future badges start combining and their effects start stacking but the primal soul badge for shadow is the best for now... however magnum can work nicely for frostbuild users... since yes more dragons is always good lol
