Error 4041 after raven update

Ever since I installed the raven update, I've been unable to properly open my game. It either doesn't open or goes to the white screen and closes itself when I'm trying to log onto one of my characters. It also pops up with the error message that has a (4041) at the end... I've tried fixing files and restarting, as well as redownloading gameguard. Anyone else having this problem?

I see this error only on 32 version.

you can fix that is you will added game path in exception for your antivirus

I already did =/ my client worked fine before the raven update but now if I run with 64bit it doesnt start at all and is just stuck on that raven king image, If I run with 34 bit, I can kinda play for about 30 seconds to 1 min before the game goes to that white screen and closes itself, displaying some message saying the client encountered an error along with the (4041) thing.

 

I heard 4041 has something to do with gameguard so I tried deleteing the gameguard file as suggested in another post and fixing files, and I have no other programs running on my computer besides blade and soul and default system processes, non of which interfered with the game before this update.

Try reinstalling Windows, it should work after that, personally I will just forget that this game ever existed as gameguard is starting to act like a virus.

For me this error jumps in and closes the game after 5-10 minutes of playing.

Has anyone found a solution? I can't play since I updated, gives me the error after launch screen. I've sent a support ticket, but no luck so far. I've disabled everything when windows boots, refreshed winsock, and disabled the antivirus. I'm on Windows 10, using Radeon 280. The exact same error is for both 32 and 64 bits clients. Hope anyone finds a solution

Well yeah, same for me .... I'm on Win10 the funniest shi.t is that this didn't occurred yesterday, after the updated, it started Today, and I didn't install any other software or didn't do anything

try to start the game without useing overlays ..from other program which loads .dll into the game and this maybe will fix or antivirus stopping the game .... check this post or try to delete the whole gameguard folder and click repaire on the launcher.

I just download the game again and its all normal now
